Set of three: 5"x 5" x 3/4" deep / oil on canvas
These three small paintings are a bit of a divergence from my usual style while still keeping a foot in nature's beauty as a motif. I was interested in exploring a minimalist's use of pattern and color to see if it was a direction I wanted to explore. I chose the crow or raven because I believe they are a much misunderstood creature. While at times loud and pesky if they have taken up residence in your area, they are also highly intelligent and worth pausing for a moment to observe.
