12"x12" Oil on Canvas: "Slide" is another dreamy homage to those who make something hard look gracefully simple, like riding a wave. I played with the background sky by painting in a wallpaper pattern instead of clouds to marry vintage with the more contemporary approach to the subject. (unframed)
