Bewick's Wren | 6"x 6" acrylic, collage, and oil on canvas panel | This sweet round bird may be small but its song can wake up the neighborhood.  While they live year-round here in California, every spring I can count on this wren to make my back yard its home and to act as a natural substitution for my alarm clock.
